Eytan Rockaway

Eytan Rockaway is an award winning filmmaker and producer. After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Rockaway co-founded “A Matter of Substance” a cross platform media/entertainment entity spanning the fields of Music, Film and Television.

In ’07 the company’s focus shifted to creating a new TV Channel AMOS TV (www.amostv.com). A high definition channel that combines cinematography from around the world set to soundtracks from prominent musical collections. Since 2010 AMOS TV is considered the most viewed television channel broadcasted in hotels in the United States.

Rockaway has directed both artistic and commercial work in Film and Television. His awards include Music Video of The Year award 2006 for his video B&J. Winner of the grand prize award at the Berkeley film festival for his short film Signs. And best short film Nominee at the Milano film festival, CMJ film festival and Pentedattilo Film Festival for his film My First Time.

Eytan’s first feature film “The Confines” starring Jason Patric and Louisa Krause, made its world premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival and has been picked up by IFC Midnight.
